    So tiring today. Something to brighten myself, i finally can achieve gold badge for my 5 point programme. Just came back from the doctor, had some slight flu and also consult the doctor on my block ear when i run. He scare me! He say have to observe first and if it continues then have to refer to the specialist. Great! I can't wait for tomorrow! This week is going to be exciting!
